Using a Christian Wiman poem about getting older and watching your friends change their beliefs as they search for themselves as a muse, Katie Pruitt offers “All My Friends” from her upcoming (04-05-24) album Mantras. Sam Morrow seeks the “Medicine Man” on a tune from his upcoming (03-22-24) release On the Ride Here, Katlin Butts swears to “Hunt You Down” with a new single, Leyla McCalla recalls “Love We Had” from her upcoming (04-12-22) release, Sun Without the Heat, and Lasers Lasers Birmingham delivers the title track to his upcoming (07-17-24) release, Mystery Highway. Bow Thayer is “The Shaman” on a new single while we exit the chart with a listen to the upcoming (05-10-24) There’s Always a Song from Kelsey Waldon, who is joined by S.G. Goodman, saying “Hello Stranger” as we wave goodbye for the weekly Top Ten for Wednesday March 6, 2024.
