On his upcoming (08-16-24) release, Thus Spoke the Fool, Pony Bradshaw delivers a tale from the past in “The Long Man”, sharing the background of the story ‘’The Long Man’ is a historical song about our region. To the Cherokee, the Long Man is a ‘personification of the river, whose head lays in the mountains and feet stretch to the sea’. Some folks believe in the legend, passed down through generations, which tells the story of a spectral figure who wanders and watches over the rivers and mountains of Cherokee land’. From the companion album for the film, Twisters: The Album features Charley Crockett covering “Ghost Riders in the Sky” as India Ramey speaks of “The Mountain” on a tune from her upcoming (08-23-24) Baptized by the Blaze and Chuck Prophet, backed by the Cumbia group ¿Qiensave?, creates a rhythmic ruckus for “Wake the Dead”, the title track to his upcoming (10-25-24) release. Jim Camacho has a new single that holds up a universal poor decision mirror with “Alcohol You Now” as Tab Benoit claims “I Hear Thunder” above the roaring guitar work in the song as he is joined by Anders Osborne and George Porter Jr (The Meters) on the title track for his upcoming (08-30-24) release.
