The songs of Allison de Groot & Tatiana Hargreaves follow the same roots back into time, creating the music of the album with two instruments, banjo and fiddle. Both musicians carry pedigree, Allison de Groot (Molsky’s Mountain Drifters) and Tatiana Hargreaves (Gillian Welch, Laurie Lewis) focusing on the blending of their fiddle and banjo duets to serves as their debut as a duo.
