This month in The Alternate Root we decided to give props to the Blues...the stalwart of the Roots Music World. We started with an interview with the legendary Duke Robillard...Duke began his early career as the guitarist with Big Joe Turner, went on to form Roomful of Blues, played with Muddy, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits and just about anyone else who's anyone else. We got to visit Dukes Mood Room for the interview...tres cool!
