| How do we measure up? 
In Oct 2009, our magazine The Alternate Root was number 16 million on the web. (Google is #1). We created it because the other magazines in the format wouldn't write about the independent artists we were working with. We have created a magazine with content that the Americana Fan seems to enjoy spending on average almost a 1/2 an hour reading. Today we are #31,098 with a "Time spent on site" at 20 mins. 20 minutes on a website is quite an amazing number. That would be almost as long as people spend on Facebook.com If you don't believe it is, well check out some of the others.
