Previous album releases from Sam Morrow showcased a musician busting down borders and pushing against expectations. For the life of his band Yarn, Blake Christiana has doled out wisdom and wisecracks in equal measure. In “You Might as Well Be King”, Yarn offer deep thoughts on mortality, coming to the conclusion that life is short, and only lived once, so “You Might as Well Be King” with a cut from their upcoming (04-24-26), aptly titled, Saturday Night Sermon. Paul Cauthen reads another single from his upcoming (04-03-26) release, Book of Paul. He is joined by Delaney Ramsdell for an unfiltered DIY guide for break-ups with “Chain Smoking”. Alela Diane ask Who’s Keeping Time? with the title to her upcoming (05-22-26) release, making the chart this week with a song for “California”.
